Return Policy:
Little Bird Bakery & Apothecary LLC provides its customers with a return option for its custom-made products. Although it is generally accepted that custom-ordered goods are non-refundable items, Little Bird Bakery & Apothecary LLC’s policy is to provide store credit whenever and to whatever extent is reasonable and possible. In order to receive store credit on Little Bird Bakery & Apothecary LLC’s products that are all handmade items that go into production when an order is placed, the following terms apply:
To receive store credit, returns must be:
- made within 14 days
- accompanied by a receipt and all original packaging
- in new condition, NO exceptions
Providing all above terms are met, store credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price of the item(s), not including shipping and handling.
